Spacious Oceanview Home with Separate Guest Cottage, Pool with Cabana, Hot Tub
The guest cottage has a private entrance that opens onto the pool deck, living room, private bedroom with queen-size bed (both areas with Cable TV), a kitchenette with full-size refrigerator and dining table area, and a full-size bathroom. In addition, the guest cottage also has a sofa bed in the living room and an additional day bed trundle with pop-up bed. All of our bedrooms have comfortable and inviting linens, bureaus and/or dressers.
The pool, hot tub and poolside cabana invite you to relax and enjoy the outdoor living space. The cabana has cable TV, a radio, a full-size refrigerator, and a bar countertop to the outside with stools for relaxing by the pool. Outside dining tables are provided along with an assortment of chairs and loungers.

In the main house there are three bedrooms with queen size beds, the other two fun bedrooms have bunk beds; two sets of bunk beds in the green room and one bunk bed in the orange room. There is Cable TV in the living room of the main house and guest house and all bedrooms in both houses have Cable TV. The green bunk bed room also has a DVD player for your children’s enjoyment. Our master bathroom is equipped with a hot tub, shower and large sink countertop and private toileting area. There is a washer and dryer in the main house on the second floor. Our kitchen is beautifully remodeled with white cabinets, plenty of black granite countertop space, granite island countertop, full size oven, pantry closet and all the amenities of home (dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, blender, utensils, dishes, serving trays, pans, baking pans). The open floor plan of the kitchen, dining room and living room allows your family/guests to share stories and enjoy each other’s laughter.
